After federal agents shot and killed what they called an armed agitator who "wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement," President Donald Trump fired back at Democrat Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, saying their anti-ICE rhetoric is "inciting insurrection," setting the table, potentially, for the long-debated institution of the Insurrection Act of 1807.
