Newsmax TV launched a new weekly political reality show, hosted by six-term U.S. Congressman Vito Fossella and Wall Street entrepreneur John Tabacco.
"Table Talk" airs Saturday, Jan. 21 at 6:30 p.m./ET only on Newsmax TV and highlights the thoughts and feelings of average Americans, who are too often ignored by the mainstream media, who got it wrong in the last election.
"Table Talk" expands on the concept that the traditional media is biased and people are fed up with the liberal bias, which is too often prevalent on the network news.
The new political reality show takes the viewers behind the scenes and to dinner tables of regular everyday Americans. The talk is real — straight talk from the people of America.
Fossella and Tabacco will travel into the heartland of America and hear what the people have to say. They sit down for dinner, break bread and engage in organic conversations with American families.
Born of the minds of Newsmax CEO Christopher Ruddy and senior vice president of content John Bachman, Newsmax and "Table Talk" will appeal to the majority of Americans that no longer believe the media.
"The pundits got it wrong. Every one of them. The people got it right. And on 'Table Talk' we take political talk to its most raw form, to the place where families have discussed their issues for centuries, right at the kitchen table," said John Tabacco, co-host and executive producer.
Follow Vito and Tabacco each week as the series begins documenting their road to the inauguration. See the sights and sounds and behind the scenes reality of two guys who have been in the back rooms, the boardrooms, and ballrooms, as they travel the country with their straight up, no spin style of hearing what the people have to say.
"For too long the people of America have been left out of the discussion, they've been talked at by the old media, and feel their voice is not important. On 'Table Talk' your voice will be heard," Tabacco said.
"Table Talk" adds to the diverse programming featured on Newsmax TV, America's fast-growing news and information channel, carried in more than 40 million U.S. satellite and cable homes.
With compelling original shows such as "Newsmax Prime," "The Howie Carr Show," "The Joe Pags Show," "America Talks Live," and "The Steve Malzberg Show," Newsmax TV has become the nation's must-watch news, lifestyle and information channel.
