Nikki Haley is being supported by Democrats, former President Donald Trump told Newsmax on Monday.
Haley, the only remaining candidate challenging Trump for the Republican presidential nomination, is backed by Democrats in New Hamshire and Iowa, which have already held contests in the race.
"In Iowa, I had the biggest election victory in history and in New Hamshire, I had the most votes in the history of the New Hamphsire primary. Haley got trounced," Trump said. "She walked on to the stage and said this was a wonderful night. It wasn't a wonderful night for her, it was a wonderful night for me."
Trump emphasized that "we are beating her very badly," including in her own state of South Caroilina, where she was governor.
Trump said that he has almost all Republicans endorsing him in South Carolina, including both senators.
