Three pieces of bipartisan legislation aimed at dismantling the Chinese Communist Party's ability to flood American streets with fentanyl have been introduced by a House committee.
The Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party unveiled the legislation on Dec. 17 following a months-long investigation that uncovered how the CCP directly subsidizes fentanyl precursors (chemical compounds used to synthesize fentanyl) and analogs (chemically similar variations of fentanyl, often designed to evade regulations.)
