Red Tape Could Slow NATO Response Russian Invasion of Baltics

If Vladimir Putin were to invade the Baltic states, the only former Soviet republics that have joined NATO, local forces might initially find themselves on their own.

American, British, and Swedish military leaders and think-tankers noted this during a panel held this month at the Association of the U.S. Army's annual conference in Washington, D.C.
