Lame duck Secretary of State Antony Blinken took yet another tongue-lashing on his way out the door for his role in overseeing the disastrous withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan.
Blinken faced a withering rebuke on Dec. 11 from Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
