Senate Intelligence Committee Chair Tom Cotton wants the Trump administration to strip the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) of its tax exemption due to concerns about its Hamas ties.
The Internal Revenue Service pulled CAIR's tax-exempt status in 2011 before it was later restored.
