In mid-January, Donald Trump's newly appointed Ukrainian peace envoy, Keith Kellogg, announced that the war in Ukraine could be over in less than 100 days.
The announcement was met with extreme skepticism from liberals and legacy media outlets. They faulted Trump for shifting his earlier stance that he could end the war in 24 hours. Further, they theorized that the war's end would mean surrendering Ukraine to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
