About 40 miles east of Madison, Wisconsin — itself a bastion of leftist life — is Watertown. Its Unified School District has received over $1 million in grants to promote "Social Emotional Learning," or its acronym, SEL.
Much like a Kamala Harris speech, defining SEL is difficult, as it's invariably described in word salads of positive terms. Arguably, that's by design, considering Wisconsin voted for Trump.
