President Donald Trump personally called cartoonist Scott Adams twice after the "Dilbert" creator revealed he had advanced prostate cancer, offering support and telling him, "If you need anything, I'll make it happen," Mediaite reported.

Adams, creator of the comic strip "Dilbert," revealed this week that Trump reached out to him directly following his announcement that he has terminal cancer.

Adams, 66, shared the news of his diagnosis on his "Real Coffee with Scott Adams Show," stating that he has the same form of cancer as former President Joe Biden — prostate cancer that has spread to his bones.

"I've decided today's the day I'm going to take the opportunity — since a lot of you are here — to make an announcement of my own," Adams said. "Some of you have already guessed so that it won't surprise you at all, but I have the same cancer Joe Biden has. So I also have prostate cancer that has also spread to my bones. I've had it longer than he's had — well, longer than he's admitted having it."

Shortly after making his diagnosis public, Adams said Trump called him not once but twice. He initially ignored the first call.

"Somebody's calling me from some number I don't recognize, something in Florida, and I sent it to voicemail," Adams said. "And a little bit later, I thought, I better check that voicemail and see if that was anything I need to deal with. And the first sentence in the transcription — 'cause you know the phone gives you the text version of the voicemail as well — the first sentence is, 'This is your favorite president.'"

"And I thought to myself, No, did I just send the most important person in the world to voicemail?" Adams added.

Adams, who authored the 2017 book "Win Bigly," praising Trump's political strategy, initially chose not to call back.

"Same day, it's the afternoon, and all of a sudden, another call comes through, also from Florida, and I thought to myself, no [expletive] way, there's no way he's calling me again, and I answer it, and it's Trump," Adams recounted.

According to Adams, Trump asked about his condition and offered unwavering support.

"At the end, the strangest thing happened … when he found out, you know, the situation was kind of dire, and I was still checking out some things that might help, he said, 'If you need anything, I'll make it happen,'" Adams said.

"And he meant it. He was completely aware of our, let's say, parallel journeys from 2015; he mentioned it, and it was just the most incredible, weird, hard-to-understand situation, but boy, was it fun."

Biden's office confirmed Sunday that he has been diagnosed with an "aggressive form" of prostate cancer that has metastasized to his bones, according to CNN.

"Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone," the statement read.

Despite a clean bill of health following a February 2024 physical, Biden's condition has now raised further questions about his ability to serve during his presidency.
