Continuing his rebuke of what he calls President Joe Biden's weaponization of justice against his chief political opponent, former President Donald Trump said a price will be paid at the ballot box in November because voters "are rejecting" it.

"The legal issues aren't legal issues; they are Biden issues," Trump told CNBC's "Squawk Box" on Monday.

"In my opinion, they're almost all corrupt. All of the stuff that you see is weaponized government."

But it is all backfiring on the Democrats in an election year, according to Trump.

"All of this stuff, and frankly, I get a lot of credit for it," Trump continued. "I think I'm much more popular now because they did it and it backfired on them. They've weaponized our government."

Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis, New York Attorney General Letitia James, and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg are all Democrat operatives doing the bidding of the Biden campaign and White House in an election meddling scheme, according to Trump.

"People aren't moving into New York, because of the kind of crap they're pulling on me," he said. "I feel like I'm a pioneer.

"We have to be very careful. You know, we have a very fragile country. People are rejecting it and they are watching. Normally, somebody would be out of office if stuff like that happens.

"My numbers are much higher than they would have been had this not happened. But you have to be able to speak about it. It's a very dangerous thing. Very, very dangerous thing for our country, what they're doing.

"It's the weaponization of the DOJ, the FBI, etc."
