Details of Jennifer Grey and Clark Gregg's divorce settlement have been revealed.
According to a judgment filing obtained by People, the "Dirty Dancing" star will retain all earnings and residuals from the hit 1987 film and its sequel, "Dirty Dancing 2: Havana Nights." Grey will also receive 50% of her ex-actor husband's royalties and residuals for more than 30 projects, including several of the Marvel franchise films he has starred in, and will be entitled to 10% of any gross earnings should he reprise his role as Agent Coulson in future Marvel projects.
The former couple has agreed to jointly support their 18-year-old daughter, Stella, until she is 24. Gregg has waived spousal support from Grey but will pay her $15,144 as an equalization payment, according to People. They will jointly own the family home, where Grey will continue to stay for the next six months, and will equally share the earnings if it is sold.
The pair announced news of their split in July, after 19 years together, in a joint statement posted to their social media accounts.
"After 19 years together, we separated in January, knowing we'd always be a family who loves, values and cares for each other," their statement on Instagram read. The post accompanied a photo of the former couple embracing. "We recently made the difficult decision to divorce, but we remain close and are deeply grateful for the life we've shared and the wonderful daughter we've raised."
There was no sign of tension between the two until they revealed their separation. In a Father's Day post on Instagram, Grey praised Gregg for being a "loving dad and partner."
"Happy father's day @clarkgregg," she captioned a photograph of Gregg and Stella. "I love you and am beyond grateful you showed up just in the nick o' time to make my dream come true. For continuing to show up as a devoted, loving dad and partner to raise this amazing human with. Couldn't have done it without you."
