Trump Ad Refers to White House as Senior Living Facility

By    |   Saturday, 13 January 2024 06:57 PM EST

Former President Donald Trump shared an advertisement Thursday night, ridiculing President Joe Biden's age and referring to the White House as a "senior living" facility.

The ad's narrator states that at the White House, "our residents feel right at home."

"Our vibrant facility offers delightful activities and outings, round-the-clock professional care, and exquisite house-made meals," it continued.

The outings comment came with a clip of Biden at the beach in Delaware; the professional care comment showed his wife Jill Biden helping him put on his coat, and the homemade meals came with a video of him eating a slice of pizza.

"White House Senior Living, where residents feel like presidents," the mocking ad concluding.

Biden, at 81, would be 86 years old at the end of a second term in office. Trump, who was born in 1946, will turn 78 in June.

While Trump is hit by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis as having "lost his fastball," Trump noted "Biden is not too old" to be president, but it is instead an issue of his loss of his cognition, saying Biden is "incompetent."
