China: Open to Resolving US Trade Issues Offline

China is always open to resolving economic and trade relations with the United States through offline communication, commerce ministry spokesperson He Yongqian told a regular press conference on Thursday.

More information will be released in due course, said He, when asked about the new U.S.-China consultation mechanism for trade and economic issues.
