With less than 24 hours to go before Election Day 2024 is in the books, former President Donald Trump made his final appeal to supporters in Pittsburgh on Monday evening.
Trump offered a message of hope as he laid out his plans for improving the lives of all Americans.
"Over the past four years, Americans have suffered one catastrophic failure, betrayal, and humiliation after another," Trump told his Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, rally – the third of his final four of the campaign's penultimate day – which aired live and in its entirety on the free Newsmax2 streaming platform. "Kamala Harris has delivered soaring prices and economic anguish at home, war, and chaos abroad, and a nation-destroying invasion on our southern border. There has never been anything like it in world history.
"My message to Americans tonight is simple: we do not have to live this way. We do not have to settle for weakness, incompetence, decline, and decay.
"With your vote tomorrow, we can fix every single problem our country faces — and lead America, and indeed the world, to new heights of glory."
Voting for Vice President Kamala Harris will result in "four more years of misery, failure, and disaster — our country may never recover," Trump warned. "A vote for Trump means your groceries will be cheaper, your paychecks will be higher, your streets will be safer, your communities will be richer, and your future will be brighter than ever before. This will be the Golden Age of America."
"Many people say that God saved me in order to save America — and with your help, we will fulfill that mission together.
"To every citizen across this land, I am asking for the honor of your vote.
"As your president, I will fight for you every single day, with every breath in my body.
Together, we will save this country, we will defeat the corrupt system in Washington, and America's future will be an incredible one."
Both candidates are spending the last day of the campaign in Pennsylvania, which has 19 electoral votes up for grabs. The latest RealClear Polling Average shows them in a virtual tie in the Keystone State, with Trump ahead by a tiny margin.
