The meeting included key caucus figures such as Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., and more than a dozen others. Rep. Eli Crane, R-Ariz., shared a photo from inside Mar-a-Lago, captioning it: "Great night at Mar-a-Lago with the House Freedom Caucus. We joined President Trump and Elon Musk for dinner to talk about the path forward."
Members indicated that the discussions focused on advancing Trump's legislative agenda, particularly border security, energy policies, tax reform, and government spending. The caucus reportedly advocates for a two-bill approach to achieve these goals, while Trump has preferred "one big, beautiful bill."
