The attorney for Hunter Biden is filing an ethics complaint against Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., for making House hearing placards of their client's sex pictures.
Biden attorney Abbe David Lowell's letter to the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) alleges showing pictures from laptop and media reports is "abhorrent behavior that blatantly violates House Ethics rules and standards of official conduct," The Hill reported.
Greene did issue a disclaimer before her five-minute hearing time, warning that viewer discretion was advised, as she would bring up questions about Hunter Biden's widely reported ties to prostitution and IRS "Whistleblower X" Joe Ziegler testifying the criminal tax investigation emanated from a separate investigation into a global social media prostitution ring.
Hunter Biden was purchasing prostitutes and declaring them a business expense on his taxes, according to the whistleblower testimony under oath.
Lowell's letter asks OCE to "immediately" review Greene's showing of Hunter Biden's sexually explicit photos, some of which were blurred out or censored with black boxes.
"Now more than ever, the House has a duty to make loud and clear that it does not endorse, condone, or agree with her outrageous, undignified conduct and brazen violations of the standards of official conduct that do not reflect creditably on the House of Representatives,” Lowell wrote, according to The Hill.
The OCE reviews ethics complaints and refers them to the House Committee on Ethics under Chair Michael Guest, R-Miss. It has 10 members, five from each party.
Neither Greene nor the OCE responded to The Hill's request for comment.
