Trump to 'Take a Look' at Hunter Biden Security Detail

President Donald Trump on Monday said he would "take a look" at Hunter Biden's Secret Service detail amid reports that 18 agents accompanied him on a luxury vacation to Cape Town, South Africa, last week when he was due for a court deposition.

"I would say if there are 18 [Secret Service agents] with Hunter Biden, that will be something I look at this afternoon. I just heard about it for the first time," Trump said at the Kennedy Center when asked by a reporter about the visit.

"So, he's in South Africa. That's really interesting. All right, I'm going to take a look at that," Trump added.

Hunter Biden stayed at a $500-a-night villa in Cape Town, according to the New York Post.

Current law does not extend protective services to adult children of former presidents but Trump had reportedly extended Secret Service protection to Hunter Biden until July, according to the Washington Times.
