Darin Gaub to Newsmax: Trump Should Be 'Fully' Backed on Gaza Rebuild

By    |   Monday, 10 February 2025 10:03 PM EST

Retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Darin Gaub told Newsmax on Monday that President Donald Trump should be backed "fully" on Gaza rebuild.

When asked by "Finnerty" about the future of Hamas, Gaub stated, "Hopefully, the future of Hamas is a line in a dictionary with no people assigned to it."

He then added, with regard to Trump's Gaza rebuild proposal, "I think it's best we give him the chance — back him fully, call him out if we think we see mistakes."

Gaub did not specify who "we" referred to.
