Rudy Giuliani to Newsmax: Would Dems Side With Terrorists on Another 9/11?

By    |   Wednesday, 11 September 2024 05:59 PM EDT

Vice President Kamala Harris said during Tuesday night's debate with former President Donald Trump that the events of Jan. 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol was the worst attack on U.S. democracy since the Civil War.

She said that on the eve of the 23rd anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks that left more than 3,000 Americans dead.

"Unbelievable," Rudy Giuliani, who was New York's mayor on that fateful day, told Newsmax on Wednesday.

"It's not an oversight," he told "The Chris Salcedo Show." "That's the way they look at it. I'm not sure what side they'd be on now if Sept. 11 happened again.

"Look, they're on the side of Hamas, not Israel. So you really could say Hamas is [Osama] bin Laden and Israel is the United States. So who knows where they would be? They'd be on the side of the terrorists."

Giuliani said he has "no idea" what impels Democrats today.

"I'm tired of trying to figure it out," he said. "Well, I'm pretty well convinced that it's the communist Marxist training that they all got."
