By    |   Monday, 10 February 2025 09:17 PM EST

Deputy Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Counterterrorism at the National Security Council in the White House, Dr. Sebastian Gorka, told Newsmax on Monday that President Donald Trump means business when it comes to Hamas releasing Israeli hostages.

"I'm not going to speak for the president, but this is a man who keeps promises to the American people, and he also keeps promises to our enemies. Remember what he tweeted not long ago? 'If you don't give our hostages back, there will be hell to pay.' Quote end quote from the Commander in Chief," Gorka told "Rob Schmitt Tonight."
