AWS Outage Grows Fears of Foreign Interference, China's War Plan on US

A week of high-profile outages — led by a widespread Amazon Web Services failure and a dramatic blackout across much of the Iberian Peninsula — has exposed fragile points in global infrastructure and sparked fears that state actors such as China could be testing or exploiting weak spots in Western networks.

Some leading national security experts say they believe these actions are part of an actual war plan China may implement in the future.
