Critics Blame DEI for FAA Staffing Meltdown

In the high-stakes world of American aviation, where split-second decisions prevent catastrophe, a crippling shortage of air traffic controllers has pushed the system to the brink — exacerbated by what critics call a disastrous experiment in diversity, equity, and inclusion under the Obama and Biden administrations.

"It has everything to do with DEI and the Biden administration and other radicals in power," said attorney Michael Pearson, a former FAA air-traffic controller who has trained hundreds in the field.
