Dem Legislator's Opposition May Kill Illinois Homeschool Regs

An outpouring of opposition — including from a progressive Black Democrat lawmaker — has put proposed new Illinois homeschool regulations on life support with just a few days left in the legislative session.

Meanwhile, a similar effort may be stirring to life in Connecticut.
