A stuffed turkey, mashed potatoes, a slab of Aunt Edna's pumpkin pie, and even Grandma Jones' green bean casserole.

Americans will give thanks for those things and more when they belly up to the table for their Thanksgiving feast. Chances are, though, they'll leave out a nod to the woman most responsible for making it a national holiday.
