Trump Vows '1 Rule' AI Order to Stay Ahead of World

President Donald Trump is striking back after what he calls overzealous "bad actor" states that have been crippling the artificial intelligence boom in the U.S. with restrictions, obstruction, and oppressive regulations, vowing to impose a federal order of "One Rule" on AI.

"There must be only One Rulebook if we are going to continue to lead in AI," Trump wrote Monday morning on Truth Social.

"We are beating ALL COUNTRIES at this point in the race, but that won't last long if we are going to have 50 States, many of them bad actors, involved in RULES and the APPROVAL PROCESS.

"THERE CAN BE NO DOUBT ABOUT THIS! AI WILL BE DESTROYED IN ITS INFANCY!

"I will be doing a ONE RULE Executive Order this week. You can't expect a company to get 50 Approvals every time they want to do something. THAT WILL NEVER WORK!"

Trump campaigned on a platform to make the U.S. the Bitcoin and AI capital of the world, focused on deregulating the restrictive policies put in place by the Biden administration.

The early returns in Year 1 under Trump had been promising for the markets with companies tied to Bitcoin and AI until recent declines and talk of an AI bubble.
