Trump Hails 'Best Administration Ever Formed'

By    |   Tuesday, 16 September 2025 11:03 AM EDT

President Donald Trump on Wednesday praised "the best administration ever formed" before departing the White House for a U.K. summit.

Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel were hailed for the rapid capture of Charlie Kirk's alleged assassin "in two days" compared with other cases that took years, as Trump was questioned about the "confidence" he has in his administration's leaders.

"Well, first of all, I think that Pam Bondi has done an unbelievable job and everybody agrees to that," Trump told reporters outside the White House before boarding Marine One. "And, Kash, you know, if you look take a look at what he did with respect to this horrible person that he just captured. He did it in two days. It took other similar cases four days, five days, four years if you look at certain shooters."

This is justice and accountability delivered to America by "the best administration ever formed," according to Trump.

"Now, I have confidence in everybody in the administration, my administration," Trump continued. "And a lot of people are saying it, not just me. It's so far the best administration ever formed."

Trump spoke on a wide range of topics, including peace, trade deals, deportations, immigration enforcement, and crime fighting.

"You look at our financial people, our country is making a fortune," Trump said, repeating warnings of alleged "obstructionists" and judges seeking to unwind the president's agenda. "We have to keep tariffs because our country is becoming successful because of tariffs. We have the case in the Supreme Court. That's a very vital case for the success of our country. It's very vital to negotiate with other countries.

"And remember other countries charge us tariffs. That's a very, very big case. And if we win that case, our country will be by far the richest country anywhere in the world."

It boils down to America first, as long as efforts to obstruct are defeated, Trump warned.

"And then we can help our people," he said. "We'll get rid of debt. We'll get rid of everything. We can help our people, and we can even help other countries where they need it."

Trump also spoke about uprooting "narcotics in Venezuela" coming to America, warning dictator Nicolás Maduro, who is reportedly claiming Trump is preparing to invade his country.

"I would say this right away: Stop sending Tren de Aragua to the United States; stop sending drugs into the United States," Trump said.
