This week the Justice Department confirmed Hunter Biden has been under federal investigation in two states, Delaware and New York, for purportedly shady foreign business dealings, money laundering, and also a tax investigation.
Hunter, Joe Biden’s son, put out a statement dramatically marginalizing the severity of this case against him.
Meanwhile in Pennsylvania, there is a criminal investigation into a hospital business involving Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden.
In response to the Hunter story, the Biden transition team released a completely useless statement: "President-elect Biden is deeply proud of his son, who has fought through difficult challenges, including the vicious personal attacks of recent months, only to emerge stronger."
OK, cool.
Remember six weeks ago when the entirety of the mainstream media told us that even discussing these stories was pushing "Russian disinformation"?
The same know-it-all talking heads screaming "nothing to see here."
CNN and MSNBC of course buried the story as deeply as they could dig beneath their glass towers in Manhattan.
The broadcast networks essentially did the same.
If the media discussed the story at all the agenda was clear, discredit at all costs.
This is the same media that stopped at nothing to destroy Donald Trump, devoting teams of journalists to digging and finding anything that could hurt our current president.
This same media was handed Hunter’s own laptop, filled with potentially damning information and a first-rate Biden business associate named Tony Bobulinski to corroborate it all.
Their response? "There’s no evidence of any wrongdoing?"
This has been truly astonishing to witness.
For my part, I felt like I was having a stroke.
National Public Radio (NPR), which I can only hope is dismantled and defunded in my lifetime, released this statement a couple months back on why they were not covering the Hunter Biden story:
"We don’t want to waste our time on stories that are not really stories, and we don’t want to waste our listeners’ and readers’ time on stories that are just pure distractions."
Your tax dollars actually fund such garbage.

We’ve been talking about this for six weeks now and the picture has never been clearer.
The media made a decision, they cast aside all the rules they’ve claimed to follow for decades because our nation's 45th commander in chief needed to be destroyed at any and all cost. They can’t even deny it. And now, they’re trying to revert back to traditional journalism, hoping you’ll forget the last four years.
CNN, astonishingly, is reporting the full extent of the Hunter story, now that they believe Biden has the presidency and the Trump threat is over.
You’ve likely heard the CNN morning phone call tapes published by Project Veritas.
What a total 180 for the network, which essentially went on a mission to destroy Trump for four years and now wants to be the pre-Trump CNN again.
Good luck with that.
The Biden’s get rich leveraging Joe’s political power.
It’s a tale as old as time. Is Hunter the bag man? Ten percent for for the big guy, etc.?
Assuming Joe Biden is our next president he’ll immediately be hindered by federal investigations that of course involve him.
If Republicans hold the Senate, they’ll have plenty of fun getting even for the living hell Trump endured for the past four years.
If you’re reading this, the Hunter story probably isn’t news to you.
But to tens of millions of other voters in the country, it is.
