Family, friends and former political colleagues of former President Jimmy Carter, including current President Joe Biden, spoke on Thursday at Carter's state funeral in Washington on Thursday.
Carter, 100, died Dec. 29.
He was remembered for his public service, his integrity and for rising above partisan politics.
