Carney Says Canada Is Not for Sale, Trump Says 'Never Say Never'

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney told President Donald Trump on Tuesday during a meeting at the White House that Canada would never be for sale.

Trump, who has repeatedly suggested that Canada could become the United States' 51st state, responded by saying, "Never say never."
