Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Wednesday that Russia was not considering agreeing to European peacekeepers deploying in Ukraine, and the idea was a "deceit" aimed at allowing Ukraine to rearm.

President Donald Trump said this week Russian President Vladimir Putin had told him that Russia was comfortable with the idea of European peacekeepers.
