The Pentagon has halted some shipments of air defense missiles and other precision munitions to Ukraine over concerns that U.S. stockpiles are too low, Politico reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the issue.

The decision was made in early June to withhold some aid promised to Kyiv under former President Joe Biden's administration, but it is only taking effect now, the report added.
