President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Tuesday that Ukraine would not trade its sovereignty or relinquish its right to its territories as he addressed Ukraine's parliament in a speech to mark 1,000 days since Russia's full-scale invasion.
Presenting his internal "resilience" plan, the Ukrainian leader urged people and officials to remain united, saying that the war had reached a crucial juncture that would decide which side, Ukraine or Russia, would prevail.
