A Harris-Walz Administration Won't Be Deaf, It Just Won't Listen to You - Ever
Many characterize the Sept. 10, 2024, debate between former President Donald Trump and current Vice President Kamala Harris as revealing starkly different visions for America.
One vision filled with prosperity and freedom, a view towards being at liberty to indeed pursue happiness, free of fear.
As for the other?
Harris-Walz?
Truth versus falsehood was the overriding theme of the so-called "debate," last week, and the contrast between the two was on stunning display during its entirety.
Kamala Harris showed us orchestrated, scripted deceit on a scale unusual even for politics. It has been said, "The best liars are the ones who believe their own lies."
Ms. Harris loves to talk about her "values."
Whatever "values" she may possess.
Most assuredly, we can be sure that "code" doesn't embrace the much-needed objective truth we Americans now so desperately, and rightfully, crave.
Harris' strategy for the debate was sadly pretty much what we expected:
- Pretend she has never said or done the things she has always said or done.
- Say the opposite.
- Call you a liar if you point to her prior statements and actions such as mandatory gun buybacks (i.e., gun confiscation), which she clearly advocated in 2019 and now denies.
- Nothing about the preceding should be taken in the least bit lightly.
And frankly, it was beyond appalling to witness, as in watch, verifiable facts turned into bald-faced lies.
Everything she accused President Trump of doing, she had actually done herself right before our very eyes!
- She did so on gun control.
- She did it with supporting Palestine and Iran over Israel.
- She did it on the topic of open borders.
- She did it with taxes.
- She did it with literally everything.
- Thus, her prior positions on everything turned to dust, for all to hear and see!
Are we to believe this reasonably intelligent woman on the stage wasn’t the same one who worked as a far left-adherent in the California government; that she voted with an avowed Socialist: Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt?
Sadly, no, tragically, Democrats are counting on people’s ignorance, indolence, and seemingly rebellious refusal to pay attention to domestic and global affairs.
Count on it! When people sleep, Democrats consistently win.
Perhaps even more disturbing on Sept. 10, President Trump found himself battling not just his Democratic opponent, but the purported debate "moderators," as well.
We witnessed a verifiably revolting display, one in which journalistic integrity was sacrificed for the sake of sensationalism; certainly not truth.
In our hearts we knew it would happen — but, really, to this degree?
Putting aside David Muir and Linsey Davis, how much was ABC "in on" this lopsided and skewed structure?
Sadly, an iconic symbol of network news is now unmasked, revealing themselves to be in no way better than their beyond liberal-left brethren.
Incredibly — and brazenly — Harris tried to make Donald Trump look like a weak Jimmy Carter. She suggested that there would be no Ukraine or Israel-Hamas wars if she had been in office.
Really?
At this point, she's a holdover from the Obama-Biden years.
This too is nothing to lightly dismiss. Let's not ever forget, those wars began on their watch.
Would she have acted more like Donald Trump — rather than Biden — if she had been president?
The answer is not only obvious, it's frightening to ponder.
Under President Trump, we had no wars.
Meaning?
Neither Russia nor Hamas dare start one.
The Trump administration destroyed ISIS.
Funding to terrorist-sponsoring Iran was cut off.
There was no midnight exodus from the Mideast, leaving valuable American weapons in the hands of our avowed enemies.
Trump’s time in office (like Reagan’s in the 1980s) unfailingly showed that peace comes through strength.
When people believe you will retaliate for transgressions, they’re less likely to strike.
No thinking person can begin to compare Trump’s record with that of Harris and her boss.
President Trump debated both ABC News and Kamala.
She could have left the stage, and the self-important "moderators" would have done, and finished, the job for her.
All Harris had to do was smirk, while appearing perpetually surprised.
She was intellectually hollow (as she's also proven to be in past appearances) as well as lethally superficial. Not Mr. Trump, who stood nose-to-nose, winning again and again.
He's nearly 80-years old and was shot just six weeks ago, and nearly shot again on Sunday Sept. 15, while only innocently playing golf.
I've never seen energy and determination like this. This man is one for the ages.
Perhaps worst of all, Kamala Harris spoke of the need for unity.
But exactly engenders genuine unity?
Certainly not what Harris and her boss have done for the last four years.
If President Trump wins in November and proceeds to prosecute her and Joe Biden with misdemeanor charges, then as up-filed felonies, Harris will not be calling it unity.
Unity for the left always means ending dissension, without fail.
History has shown again and again that Communists, Nazis, and all dictators of all stripes deploy this strategy.
Democrats are now doing so in America. It's what they do best, after all.
Unity and togetherness? Sorry Kamala, I, and my neighbors, have nothing in common with you and/or your political soul mates.
Our differences are vast enough to fill a galaxy. Millions feel the same way.
Your scripted "debate" with our nation's 45th commander-in-chief did absolutely nothing to change our minds.
Kamala Harris and the company you keep, you have a chance to reform and redeem yourselves in the name of what is right, and always has been right for America, our Founding principles.
Will you ever do so, and thus surprise all of us?
Let's not hold our individual and collective breaths.
