Confused About the Election? You're Not Alone

What exactly happened on Nov. 3 may never be determined.

There is zero appetite on either side to really figure this election out for many reasons.

First off, putting doubts in American’s heads about a fair election is incredibly poisonous to society. Second, if our elections look shady, imagine what happens to our standing in the world, and the world’s comfort levels with respect to investing in our country.

Third, most traditional politicians on both sides are happy to get Donald Trump out of Washington, and get back to the good old days. And fourth, the media got the outcome it wanted, Biden won.

For these reasons, anyone who thinks this election was suspicious is labeled a psychopathic, conspiracy-theorist MAGA hillbilly.

So at least we know who we are.

If you’re reading this, I’ll assume you’ve likely read either of the pieces written in The Federalist, or The Spectator.

I highly recommend you read these.

Both articles outline a series of election abnormalities that are difficult to imagine from a candidate that nobody was excited about and who put almost no effort into winning.

Here’s just a small sampling of abnormalities from both pieces:

Somehow Biden got 80 million votes, he smoked Obama’s vote totals. Hard to imagine.

Biden had a lackluster performance except in the exact places he needed to win.

Biden’s Black vote was tepid, except in a few swing-state liberal cities where Blacks came out like never before to vote for him (Even more than Obama).

Biden lost nearly all the bellwether counties that usually indicate who will win the presidency.

These points are being made all over conservative news channels right now. But the mainstream press is on a mission to ignore all of this weirdness.

It's obvious why, but it's painful to see just how partisan the media has become. The left has a simple explanation for all of this. The hatred of Donald Trump.

They write all abnormalities off because they can so clearly see how Trump could lose this election to anyone, because he’s so awful.

I’ll admit in some ways I find their excuse plausible, I can imagine liberals and some moderates chomping at the bit to push Trump out of Washington, D.C.

But the excuse isn’t strong enough to convince me "there’s nothing to see here."

That said, I’m confused. I realize the Trump legal team has affidavits — but I think we are all waiting to see a bit more. Even the president himself says he doubts the U.S. Supreme Court will take the case.

He knows his team will need more hard evidence to overturn an election, a move that will lead to untold rioting and political violence in this country.

More than anything we want to know what happened in this election, which has the cloud of mail-in voting and other acts of shadiness over it.

I think we all just find it hard to believe that Joe Biden, who failed miserably in his first two attempts, took the White House with a record-setting turnout without campaigning and being nearly incapable of formulating a clear sentence.
