We are in a new place after the State of the Union (SOTU) disaster last week.
No surprise that a cognitively impaired, elderly president would get his anger up to the red zone, spewing a torrent of rage at any who would dare dissent from his country-wrecking policies.
This includes the former-President, Donald J. Trump who he would only refer to as his "predecessor" and of course, the vast majority of We the People.
We saw it coming.
Rather than speaking to the nation about the sad state our union has fallen to under his administration’s watch, he led off the rant session with demands that his number one priority, "Project Ukraine," receive immediate funding.
The double meaning was quite clear; "get lost if you want the open border addressed."
Rather than honoring Laken Riley, he called her "Lincoln," and has spent days since the speech apologizing to his media lap dogs that he insulted the murderer by referring to him as an illegal.
We get it Joe, plenty.
You really don’t like us, because we somehow interfere with so much of you and your team's (and other adherents') left agendas.
It wasn’t what the ice-cream-eater-in-chief said that was astonishing, it was the unscripted moments where the real truths of the administration and the swamp were revealed.
As the red-faced president screamed that Americans were safer under his leadership, a protest in the chamber erupted with a man repeatedly screaming "Abbey Gate, Second Battalion, First Marines!," his cry referencing one of our darkest days when a suicide bomber took out 13 of our best, including this man’s Marine son, Lance Corporal Kareem Nikoui.
This Gold Star Dad knew his time at the event had ended and he showed himself out quite peacefully.
President Biden went right back to the teleprompter and his indignant anger . . . with us.
Outside the chamber, Steve Nikoui was hauled away in handcuffs, later charged with a misdemeanor.
The Capital Police closed ranks and the message to We the People was soberingly clear:
Even a Gold Star Dad who gave our nation his son merits no consideration or empathy from the swamp.
A great American driven to a cell, while D.C.’s elite theater played on.
The furious, ice cream-fueled oration went on.
Retention and recruitment numbers are awful.

After all, U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin had a far better seat in the chamber than the Nikoui, despite being Absent With-Out Leave (AWOL) recently, where in his case, you only need to come to Congress to say "sorry."
What if Lance Corporal Kareem Nikoui had gone AWOL at some point prior to Austin’s Kabul disaster?
Would he have been kicked out of the Marines, yet very much alive today?
Apparently serving with honor has its consequences.
Can you imagine a fate worse than outliving your child?
Had Laken’s parents accepted their State of the Union invite and in attendance screamed out their own painful protest at the President or his DHS henchmen, Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, would they have been shown to a cell next to Steve Nikoui?
The Biden 2024 campaign staff must have been relieved that Laken’s parents stayed home.
Team Biden can ill-afford to alienate what’s left of our uniformed forces.
The persistent weakness and unbroken string of failures by the national security team has placed our nation in great peril. There is hardly a time in our history to compare.
Since the disaster of Kabul in which Nikoui lost his son, we have wars or the threat of immanent wars present in Europe, the Mideast, Africa, and Asia. Russia, China, Iran and North Korea are cashing in on the leadership vacuum left by the U.S.
While we engage through proxies with nuclear, and about-to-be nuclear powers, with money and weapons, sans strategy and diplomacy, we have allowed millions of unidentified fighting age men to live amongst us.
In every single U.S. city and town, the wolves are at our door.
American Marxists remain resolute.
Despite vulnerability to war overseas or here at home, mounting self-inflicted financial crises, and cities being swallowed by crime, the administration is undeterred in removal of meritocracies, injecting Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), while demoralizing America’s warrior class by profound visual moments of disrespect like, that shown by our supposed president, his amateur night cabinet, and congressional leaders towards a Gold Star Dad.
- Afghanistan broke faith with our forces
- Vaccine policy broke faith with our forces
- DEI or Marxism broke faith with our forces
Yet, our security still costs $1 trillion plus per year.
Not to insult your intelligence, but are you truly sleeping better at night?
As Steve Nikoui resolves his misdemeanor and Laken Riley’s parents start a life of pain without their girl, what have We the People learned about the governing class of the swamp?
Perilous days are certainly ahead.
It's clear we have no champions or friends in this administration or the swamp-based Uniparty.
They have broken faith with America.
