Civil War II Has Arrived 

The brilliant Thomas Sowell has observed that there are three simple questions that would destroy most arguments of the typical left-adherent:

• Compared to what?
• At what cost?
• What hard evidence do you have?

There are very few ideas on the left that can pass all three of these tests.

Twenty or 50 years ago, those on the left were merely wrong.

Today’s woke "progressives" are toxic wrecking balls, wreaking unhinged and psychotic assaults on civilization itself.

Witness the recent assassination of Charlie Kirk — and, more shockingly, the applause which followed from nearly everyone on the left, inclusive of places of learning.

Charlie Kirk attempted to bring Dr. Sowell’s cogent questioning to left-adherents.

Smack in the midst of their own territory: on college campuses, the breeding ground for today’s "intellectual" savagery where young minds are trained (brainwashed) into thinking only one way.

Charlie Kirk courageously dared to step into the middle of it all.

He was struck down for it, for his bravery overall, and now, as then-Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton said about Abraham Lincoln, "Now he belongs to the ages."

You know you are an articulate thinker when the left assassinates you.

Here's the best way to honor Charlie Kirk: Tell your left and Democrat friends that you won't let them get away with claiming their side is for peace, love, empathy, diversity, tolerance and brotherhood any longer.

Democrats, like all fascists, communists, and totalitarians, are about one thing only at the end of the day: violence and brute force.

Remember: no socialist or communist edict or program is ever voluntary.

The left clearly feels morally justified in their cheers.

Not to be overly gloomy, but this can only mean that Charlie Kirk will not be the last assassination we will see.

Conservatives have got to be vigilant, but also concede that we're up against a form of unapologetic, uncompromising evil not seen in America for a long time, if, frankly, ever.

The bad guys trying to destroy America from the inside today may be even worse than the external bad guys of past World Wars.

Supporting such "progressive" monsters means you give comfort to the brutal slaying of a peaceful man simply for his views. This means you are no better.

This writer's attitude continues to be In all honesty: You on the left can all go to the hell you are incrementally, yet vociferously, are attempting to to create for everyone. 

Liberals have now degenerated to intellectual equivalent of barbarians, fueled with billions of dollars from spiteful, if not hateful, globalists.

Charlie Kirk wrote it himself, in a haunting X post several months before his murder: "Assassination culture is spreading on the Left. Forty-eight percent of liberals say it would be at least somewhat justified to murder Elon Musk.

"Fifty-five percent said the same about Donald Trump," Kirk wrote in his post on X back in April.

“The Left is being whipped into a violent frenzy. Any setback, whether losing an election or losing a court case, justifies a maximally violent response."

Based on the Elon Musk data which Kirk cited, it seems that half of Democrats now actually sanction murder, while the other half either cheer them on or ignorantly support them. Charlie Kirk grasped this even before he was executed.

If anyone you consider a friend or loved one cheered Charlie Kirk's death on social media, or elsewhere, think deeply and carefully about the kind of company you keep.

Here's the newsflash: blood relation is no excuse.

My advice: Make your own family — with people who don't cheer for violence.

Some say America is already in a civil war.

Michael Savage recently observed, "We’re in the civil war. It's not coming — it's here. And it's one-sided. The Left is killing the right. The Left is silencing the right. People are terrified to even speak their views in public, afraid of being attacked. It’s a one-way civil war."

Is violence inevitable throughout all of America? Not necessarily.

It isn't necessary to respond with violence to the escalation of the left's revived domestic terrorism.

All we need to do, other than arrest, convict, and execute domestic terrorists, is defund all they value.

Defund their public schools where kids get taught militant transgender communism, their universities, their welfare programs for illegal gang members, their socialist schemes, their NPR/PBS, their enviro-Nazi and medical fascism programs like the CDC and WHO — simply defund all of it.

Make them fend for themselves, or else perish from the cultural scene. In time, their irrational influence will wane. If we don’t do this, then we will continue to subsidize our own destroyers. 

You have to understand the psychology of "leftism."

Dissenting opinions make them feel like they’re being physically assaulted.

And to the left, feelings are of paramount importance. Feelings are truth — their own feelings, that is; not anybody else's feelings.

With modern leftism, we are confronting the fusion of mental illness, narcissism and brute force: a truly lethal, unsustainable combination.

Only by facing this harsh reality can we ever hope to defeat it.
