If Americans do not stand against the Biden family corruption and influence peddling it is going to be more and more difficult to keep it from becoming the way of the land in the future, according to Eric Trump on Newsmax.
"These guys get away with murder, and, Eric, the entire country understands the system," Eric Trump told Monday's "Eric Bolling The Balance." "They understand the imbalance in the scales of justice. It's wrong.
"We're better than this as a country – we're a hell of a lot better than this as a country. We've got the most corrupt president and first family in the history of the country in the Oval Office right now, and somebody better start paying attention to it; otherwise, you know, this is going be status quo in Washington for a long time to come."
Seeing through the Biden family business as pushed by Hunter Biden and allegedly flowing foreign cash into the family coffers, including children and relatives who have no ties to the foreign business deals is not a heavy lift, Trump continued to host Eric Bolling.
"These guys who aren't in the business world, don't have hard assets, that are going around, flying around on Air Force One to all over the world, peddling their influence, peddling their name while their father's in office – or taking somewhere in the neighborhood of $50 million, to use your number, and pocketing it – it's a disgrace," Trump told Bolling.
"I would be in jail for doing exactly that, but because they have a Democrat, meaning because there's a D before their political party and because the entire system is weaponized."
The Trump family has been investigated extensively by Democrats, but for far less, and without evidence of crimes that plainly exists – particularly in the case of Hunter Biden – Trump lamented.
"I would be locked up," he said. "The key would be thrown away. I wouldn't stand a chance, and then you see the you see the DOJ and how they cover for Hunter.
"How they cover for everybody. You see these sweetheart deals: Effectively, they try and slow walk everything to let him off on just statute of limitations. It's thing after thing."
The injustice and imbalance of prosecutorial discretion has caused the American people to lose faith in our system, Trump warned.
"It's literally caused the American people, it's caused them to lose faith in government," Trump said. "The United States of America's government has just it's lost its credibility, our judicial system or law enforcement has lost its credibility."
Just look at the Biden family business; it is based on nothing more than a name, Trump said.
"They're not even in any business," he continued. "Tell me what they sell, other than influence. You know what we do. We do hotel rooms. We do a lot of other things. Tell me what they sell?"
Sketchy Biden business practices have become bad economic policy, too, according to Trump.
"There isn't a single economic factor that Biden has done a good job on and you compare that to four years ago, you know, this country was rocking and rolling, and the entire world was envious of the United States of America," Trump said.
While Biden is trying to claim victory on slowing inflation, it is merely taking credit for trying to fix something he broke himself, Trump concluded.
"You screwed the system, Joe Biden: Don't take credit for trying to fix something that you screwed," Trump said. "It's effectively the fire chief and the arsonist. You go light a house on fire and then you put the house out, and you claim victory for that.
"No, that's not how the system works, Joe."
