1 in 4 Adults Drink Excessively in These States, Study Finds

The number of alcohol-related deaths has doubled in the United States in recent years, and a new study is showing the top 10 states where alcohol use is most concerning.

Montana had the highest percentage of driving fatalities that involved alcohol, but Missouri and Nevada had high daily death rates linked to excessive alcohol use, with daily averages of 14.1 deaths a day and 8.7 deaths, respectively, according to a study from BAM Personal Injury Lawyers.
