As the Pennsylvania Senate Race remains unresolved and headed to a recount, supporters of Republican Sen.-elect David McCormick are losing patience with Democratic counterparts who they say are playing the system.

The Supreme Court ruled Monday that undated and misdated mail-in and absentee ballots will not be counted by any of the state's boards of elections including the counties where Democratic officials previously voted to defy the high court's rulings. Still, Democratic election officers and leaders in the state remain openly defiant with some freely admitting they are acting against the highest tribunal in the nation on behalf of their candidate.
