Like many low-class tenants evicted from their residences for various failures, Joe Biden is busy trashing the White House on his way out.

When he’s not banning standard water heaters by executive order on his way out of the Oval Office, Biden is giving awards to some of the nation’s worst and most divisive people.

A case in point is the Presidential Medal of Freedom — which is, according to U.S. Legal.com, "is the highest U.S. civilian honor. It is an award bestowed by the President of the United States and was established in 1963 by President John F. Kennedy.

"The medals are presented to people who have made especially meritorious contributions to the security or national interest of the United States, world peace, cultural, or other significant public or private endeavors.

"The award is not limited to U.S. citizens and, while it is a civilian award, it can also be awarded to military personnel and worn on the uniform."

The two most recent recipients of the award caused Elon Musk to quip on the site formerly known as Twitter, "They are devaluating the Presidential Medal of Freedom even faster than the dollar. Didn’t think that was possible."

Joe Concha, writing on Fox News, goes into more detail on the most recent recipients. "Exhibit A is Biden’s (or whoever is running the White House in these waning days) decision to award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to election denier Hillary Clinton and George Soros, who has done more damage to the United States as a private citizen for many years than arguably anyone in the country."

Hillary’s award is probably one politician scratching another’s back. The Soros’ award, as the Chinese can affirm, is merely transactional since Biden is known for being loyal to his paymasters.

Still, it’s rare that even the most hateful and partisan left-adherent will give a very public award to a man with blood on his hands.

Soros and his money are purportedly responsible for electing a series of soft-on-crime district attorneys whose policies have resulted in career criminals being released to kill law-abiding citizens.

"The Soros philosophy is simple: Be as soft on crime as possible. Don’t enforce many laws already on the books. Allow American cities to become third-world hellscapes.

"So what does the sitting president of the United States do? He awards him one of the most prestigious medals a citizen can be bestowed."

According to the Washington Examiner, Soros money has helped elect 27 anti-law enforcement prosecutors. Some of whom serve or served in the nation’s largest cities.

These anti-district attorneys received approximately $50 million to undermine the rule of law. Concha has a recent example of the damage done by Soros’ protégé Alvin Bragg in New York, "Take the example of Jamar Banks, who recently stabbed two subway passengers on the New York subway on Jan. 1 and 2. Those passengers are in stable condition.

"Banks has been arrested (checks notes) 87 times for crimes including weapons possession, assault, criminal trespassing and petty larceny. WHY. IS. HE. NOT. INCARCERATED?"

Why not indeed?

Biden, assuming he knows what he’s doing, simply doesn’t care.

Maybe he plans on hitting up Soros for a donation to the Biden library.

Maybe staffers are pushing these awards to give themselves a soft landing in the post-White House world.

Either way, Biden is doing as much damage as possible to the institution before it is reclaimed by its rightful owner on Jan. 20, 2025
