They Can’t Be Serious

On Sept. 4, 2024, Newsmax posted this article: "Biden Admin Accuses Russia of Election Interference."

Please take a moment to read this story. If I've said it before, I’ll definitively and unequivocally say, rather declare it, again. . . .

"They can’t be serious!"

This writer will not defend Vladimir Putin’s regime.

Russia's regime is indeed one of tyranny, one that all governments of free nations must keep many eyes on simultaneously; as it's a dictatorship bent on undercutting legitimate elections.

Don't forget, the Biden-Harris regime does not behave as the government of a free country.

It imprisoned Jan. 6th "defendants" for years on misdemeanor charges — unheard of in the United States.

The Team Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) accused people without weapons of being "insurrectionists," knowing full well the legal definition of insurrection includes being armed.

A former president's home was raided, rather invaded.

As a result, our nation's 45th commander in chief is facing the prospect of a jail or prison sentence.

Let's not forget this either, for alleged activities engaged in by all other recent former presidents (including Joe Biden himself), or, in the case of New York state, for misdemeanor offenses up filed to ridiculous felony charges.

"People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones."

Similarly, government officials who break their own laws are in no position to condemn governments of other countries doing the same thing.

Clearly, Vladimir Putin’s government more than deserves our collective mistrust and mass condemnation.

But what about our own?

It’s not just politics.

The Biden-Harris clown show has been openly and brazenly stepping on our liberties, for an appreciable length of time.

Another thing to not let slip from our memories:

The Biden administration forced people to endure injections of experimental "vaccines" for which the manufacturers have no liability.

They’re forcing taxpayers to pay off others’ bank loans.

They’re regulating fossil fuels — upon which millions depend for survival — out of existence before there’s any viable, sustainable alternative that has proven to be workable.

Harris, a beyond left-leaning former prosecutor and attorney general, threatens price controls on supermarkets.

These measures will only serve to generate bread lines and shortages.

She’s even promising taxes on income that you might — or might not — receive in the future. It’s all profoundly tyrannical and at least on a par with — if not much worse — than what the American colonists faced with the British in the 1770s.

Biden’s offenses are blatantly impeachable, if not criminal.

So, by what legal or moral authority, and more importantly- credibility does the Biden-Harris occupation have when challenging Putin, Iran, the Chinese government, or any other tyranny?

Why should we trust Biden or Harris to protect us from people who are no different than themselves?

As far as their crowing about Russia’s state-run media and other online platforms influencing the election, let’s further examine our current American government.

In 2021, according to Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook was pressured by Biden-Harris to censor any and all information undermining the government’s oppressive COVID-19 "vaccine" narrative.

Both Biden and Harris seek to police and prevent the Putin regime from manipulating or harming us.

But who’s holding Biden-Harris officials responsible for doing the very things they say Russia threatens?

Speaking of throwing stones from glass houses, CNN preaches that Biden-Harris plan to accuse the Russians of targeting U.S. voters with disinformation.

Sound familiar?

Mark Zuckerberg — a strong supporter of Democrats, no less — now tells us that our own supposedly democratic government has pressured censorship.

We know from documents released by Elon Musk that (Twitter)/X was pressured as well.

Isn’t forcing or pressing private companies to censor information/opinions a flagrant act of fostering disinformation?

Where is the legal and moral accountability for the brazenly out-in-the-open actions of Biden-Harris and their cronies? America was conceived as a system based on checks and balances.

  • Where are the court cases?
  • Why are our purportedly elected tyrants getting away with everything they’re getting away with?
  • What good is protecting American freedom and liberty from countries like Russia, Iran, and China if our own government engages in the same tyranny against its citizens it perceived as disfavored citizens?
  • What's next for those disfavored persons? Jail or prison, as political prisoners?

The sad thing is we all know it about two things which can be put to good, or in the instances enumerated above, evil: power and money.

In the mental health field, we talk about denial and the metaphorical "elephant in the room."

For example, you have an alcoholic or an abuser in the house; you act like it isn’t happening. The elephant in the American living room is clearly our own growing dictatorship.

Millions of dangerously misguided Americans are seriously opting for a Kamala Harris presidency because she’s "cool," and a "woman of color," as if those things matter compared to her and Biden’s actual records.

This frightening lack of critical thinking is shallow and self-defeating.

The great Ronald Reagan wisely observed, declaring: "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction."

If we don’t act now to correct our course, we will be the generation that will have lost our republic forever. And from that, there is absolutely no turning back — guaranteed.
